St. Andrews splits neatly into three days of sightseeing. The town itself — Water Street, the wharf, the colonial churches, the Loyalist street grid — is a half-day walk; Kingsbrae Garden and the Ross Memorial Museum fill another half-day on the high ground above. Ministers Island, accessible at low tide, and a whale-watching trip from the wharf are the things to do on the water side, and either can take most of a day. With four days you can add the Blockhouse, the Fundy Discovery Aquarium, and a slow lunch at the Algonquin.
