Glebe Park is a 100-hectare community forest at the south edge of Haliburton village, criss-crossed by a network of trails used for walking, mountain biking, and cross-country skiing depending on the season. The trails connect the Haliburton Highlands Museum, the Haliburton Sculpture Forest, and the Fleming College campus.
The terrain is classic Canadian Shield — exposed granite, mixed hardwood, small wetland pockets — and the park gives a good feel for the country before driving further into the Highlands. Trail maps are posted at the parking lots. The 2.5-km Bear Loop is the most popular casual hike.
