Sainte-Thérèse is on the Exo Saint-Jérôme commuter rail line out of Montreal's Gare Centrale. The trip is about 40 minutes and trains run roughly hourly through the day, more frequently at peak. The station is a five-minute walk from rue Blainville and the seminary.
By car, take Autoroute 15 north from Montreal — exit 23 puts you in the town centre, about 25 kilometres from downtown. From Mirabel-Montréal-Trudeau airport, allow 30 minutes by car or expect a longer connection by transit via Montreal.
