Limón's visitor economy runs largely on cruise calls, and Greenway does the day out from the dock: the Tortuguero canals by boat, Cahuita's national park, banana plantations, the sloth sanctuary and the city itself.
It is also useful to anyone arriving overland who wants the same circuit without a car, since the sights are spread along sixty kilometres of coast with no practical bus between them.
