Bustamante is about 100 km northwest of Monterrey. Driving is the practical way to visit: take federal highway 85 north, then continue toward Villaldama and Bustamante on Nuevo Leon roads.
Without a car, take a bus from Monterrey to Sabinas Hidalgo and continue by taxi. This works, but it makes the caves and spring parks harder to combine in one day.
