Just north of Puerto Vallarta is a small town called Bucerías. Miquel Angels is a rare find there — the owner Miquel is your host, his wife runs the kitchen, and together they produce some of the best seafood on the bay. The seafood platter with fresh lobster, jumbo prawns, garlic shrimp, and wood-roasted red snapper is outstanding.
