The Museo de la Ciudad is a small municipal museum in a neoclassical house from 1904, close to the sanctuary and the main square. It gives useful context on Tepatitlán and Los Altos de Jalisco without demanding much time.
Use it as a pause between churches. The building itself is part of the appeal, and the exhibits help explain why Tepa sees itself as more than a highway city between Guadalajara and the highland ranch towns.
