The Curaçao Ostrich Farm is an improbable patch of southern Africa in the dry countryside near Sint Joris Bay. Guided drives explain how ostriches breed and behave and get you close to birds ranging from chicks to towering adults.
It is unabashedly touristy, but children tend to love it and the guides keep the visit lively. Tours are the point; simply arriving and looking around the entrance misses most of the farm.
