Piedra Degetau is a viewpoint and small park near one of Aibonito's high points, on the Ruta Panorámica. It is named for Federico Degetau, the Puerto Rican writer and politician said to have found inspiration here.
The reason to stop is the view: mountain folds, town roofs, and, on clear days, a sense of how quickly Puerto Rico rises from coast to cordillera.
