Mirador Villalba-Orocovis is the best formal lookout on the mountain road, set on PR-143 near the boundary with Villalba. On a clear day the view reaches across the folded interior, with the rare chance of seeing toward both the Atlantic and Caribbean sides of Puerto Rico.
