A permanent food-truck park on Avenida Ponce de León in Santurce — a lot with a dozen or so trucks and stalls arranged around a central seating area, with bar service and live music most evenings. Lote 23 opened in 2016 and quickly became the standard introduction to San Juan's casual food scene; everything from sushi to ramen to barbecue to Puerto Rican classics.
The lineup rotates but Caneca (whole grilled chicken), Cocobana (Caribbean), and Meatball Company (Italian-American) have been there since the start. Open evenings and weekends. Bring cash and patience for the busier trucks; it is busier than it looks.
