Petit St. Vincent is run as a single 113-acre resort and is closed to non-guests, so "things to do" effectively means "what's there for the people staying at the hotel." The list is short and deliberately so: beaches, water, food, and not much else. The island itself is too small for hiking but big enough that you rarely meet another guest.
