West Caicos has no airstrip, no ferry, and no public boat service. The only way to visit is by dive boat or private charter from Providenciales, twenty kilometres to the northeast. The crossing takes about an hour and can be rough; trips are routinely cancelled when the wind picks up.
All the major Provo dive operators run day trips to the West Caicos wall when conditions allow, typically combining two dives with a beach or flamingo-lagoon stop. There is no overnight accommodation on the island.
