Regional Arts Center

The Texarkana Regional Arts Center occupies a 1930s federal building on the Arkansas side of downtown — a solid piece of Depression-era civic architecture with WPA-era murals. The galleries host rotating exhibitions of regional and national art. It's a modest but well-maintained facility that punches above its weight for a city of Texarkana's size.
