The Chandler Bikeway is a three-mile separated bike path running along the median of Chandler Boulevard through Burbank and into North Hollywood. It's flat, well-maintained, and largely separated from traffic, making it one of the more pleasant cycling routes in the valley — not a great natural landscape, but a genuinely useful and enjoyable urban trail.
Several bike rental shops operate near the path. On weekends the trail fills with families and fitness cyclists, and the section near the North Hollywood end connects to additional bike infrastructure heading toward the LA River bike path. If you're spending a day in Burbank, a morning bike ride along Chandler and back is an easy way to get a sense of the city's residential neighbourhoods rather than just the studio district.
