Larsen's Grill occupies one of the old Sutter Street stone buildings and leans into the setting with wood panelling, exposed brick, and a solid steakhouse menu. The emphasis is on prime beef — dry-aged cuts cooked over a wood fire — alongside a California wine list that punches above the Gold Country average. It is on the pricier side by Folsom standards, but the quality is consistent and the atmosphere in the old dining room is genuinely good.
