The Long Now Foundation Museum is a small, thoughtful stop at Fort Mason, devoted to long-term thinking and projects such as the 10,000 Year Clock. It is part museum, part ideas space, and part shop.
It will not fill an afternoon, but it pairs well with a walk around Fort Mason or the waterfront. Check ahead for talks and events, which are often the most interesting reason to go.
