Rehoboth Beach is primarily a beach town, and the beach and boardwalk are the central draws. Beyond that, the town has a good concentration of restaurants, a strong LGBTQ-friendly community atmosphere, easy access to Cape Henlopen State Park, and enough history and oddities to keep non-beach people occupied.
