Coachman Park stretches along the downtown Clearwater waterfront between the Memorial Causeway and Cleveland Street, offering views across Clearwater Harbor to the barrier islands. The park was completely rebuilt in 2022-2023 and now includes a large outdoor amphitheater, interactive splash fountains, playgrounds, and a waterfront promenade.
The BayCare Sound amphitheater regularly draws national touring acts and hosts free community events throughout the year, including the Clearwater Jazz Holiday every October. The park connects to the Clearwater Beach Walk and is within walking distance of the Capitol Theatre and the restaurants along Cleveland Street. It is a good starting point for exploring downtown Clearwater on foot, and the Jolley Trolley stops here for connections to the beach.
