Indialantic is primarily a beach town, and the beach is the main activity. The Atlantic coast here is pleasant and rarely crowded by Florida standards. The Indian River Lagoon on the western side of the barrier island offers kayaking, paddleboarding, and wildlife watching. For anything more urban, Melbourne is just across the causeway.
