Louis Johnson Building

The Louis Johnson Building is one of the few historic structures remaining in Largo's downtown area, a modest but well-preserved example of early 20th-century commercial architecture in Pinellas County. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and stands as a reminder of what Largo's main street looked like before the postwar strip-mall sprawl took over.

The building is not open for tours, but it is easily admired from the street as part of a short walk through what remains of old downtown Largo. Combined with the nearby Largo Public Library and Central Park, it makes for a pleasant 30-minute stroll through the city's older core.
