You need a car for most Palm Harbor trips. The Pinellas Trail is excellent for cycling between Tarpon Springs, Palm Harbor, Dunedin, and Clearwater, but beaches, parks, and restaurants are too spread out for walking to cover much beyond one neighbourhood at a time.
