The local craft brewery, set in a converted fire-hose factory on the north bank of the Flint River. Tenacity opened in 2013 as a small operation and has gradually expanded; the taproom now pours a dozen or so beers, including the popular Hose 5 IPA and a rotating cast of seasonals and barrel-aged stouts.
There is a riverside patio, food trucks several nights a week, and live music at weekends. The name is a wink — Flint has needed plenty of it.
