A small German butcher and smokehouse on Main Street, in business since 1958. The smoked meats — bratwurst, blutwurst, leberkäse, Bauernschinken — are made on the premises and sold from the counter in vacuum packs to take away. Sausages range from European-traditional to American-mall sweet, with samples freely offered.
Worth a stop after dinner at Zehnder's or the Bavarian Inn. Closed Sundays.
