Pigeon Hill Brewing Company

Downtown craft brewery with rotating taps, a welcoming taproom, and solid food

Pigeon Hill is the flagship of Muskegon's craft brewing scene and occupies a repurposed industrial space in the downtown core. The taproom is large, lively, and genuinely welcoming — not a tourist-facing showpiece but a place the locals actually use. The beer selection rotates heavily, with IPAs, lagers, and seasonal specialties all represented at a high level.

Food is pub-standard — flatbreads, sandwiches, snacks — but better than average for a brewery taproom. The outdoor seating area is good in summer. Stop in for a pint after the waterfront museums; it is a comfortable 10-minute walk from the Silversides.
