Southaven's main arena and convention complex, the Landers Center hosts concerts, minor-league hockey, college basketball, trade shows, and the occasional touring Broadway production. The 8,400-seat arena was opened in 2000 and has been the city's calling card ever since — if you see a billboard for a country act or a wrestling card on the drive south from Memphis, this is where it's playing.
Check the schedule before you arrive: there is rarely much reason to come without a ticket, but a show here is a cheaper, calmer alternative to similar acts at FedExForum across the state line. Parking is free and plentiful.
