Fuller Lodge Art Center combines a working local art gallery with one of Los Alamos's most important surviving historic buildings. The timber-framed lodge began as the main building of the Los Alamos Ranch School, then became a gathering place for Manhattan Project scientists.
The exhibitions change regularly and focus on local and regional artists. It is an easy stop with the Los Alamos Historical Museum and Bradbury Science Museum, especially if you want to see how the town's pre-war and wartime buildings were reused.
