Hamilton Grange National Memorial

Hamilton Grange National Memorial preserves the 1802 country house of Alexander Hamilton, one of the United States' founders and the first Secretary of the Treasury. The house has been moved more than once, but its restored rooms still give a rare domestic view of Hamilton's final years.

It is a compact National Park Service site and pairs well with a walk through Hamilton Heights or nearby Harlem landmarks.
