Steubenville's main draws are its outdoor mural gallery, the reconstructed frontier fort, and the Dean Martin connections — three things that don't have much in common but collectively make it one of the more characterful small cities in the Ohio Valley. The murals alone take a couple of hours to walk through properly. The town is compact and the downtown is easy to cover on foot.
