Eskimo Joe's is part bar, part burger-and-cheese-fries stop, and part Stillwater souvenir machine. Its T-shirts have traveled far beyond Oklahoma, but the original place still works because it is tied so tightly to OSU weekends.
Go for the scene rather than subtlety. It is busy, loud, and deeply local in the way college-town legends often are.
