Waynoka sits on US-281 in northwestern Oklahoma, about two hours west of Enid and two and a half hours northwest of Oklahoma City. There is no scheduled passenger service — the nearest Amtrak stops are far south, and Enid Woodring is the closest small airport with general aviation only. You will arrive by car, and that car is best one you do not mind getting sand in.
