The Fort Pitt Block House is the last surviving piece of Fort Pitt and one of the oldest European-built structures west of the Allegheny Mountains. The small redoubt now works as a compact museum of the French and Indian War era, with enough original fabric to make the site feel more direct than a standard exhibit room.
It sits beside Point State Park, so it is an easy stop while walking the river confluence.
