Rhode Island T. F. Green International Airport is in Warwick, making the city the easiest point of arrival for most air travellers to the state. The airport has a rail station on the Northeast Corridor, with commuter rail connections toward Providence and Boston.
By car, I-95 runs through Warwick and puts Providence about 15 minutes north in light traffic. Newport, Narragansett, and the southern beaches are all plausible day trips, though summer traffic can stretch short distances into something slower.
