Firehouse Brewing Company occupies a historic downtown fire station, which gives it more character than most easy dinner choices in Rapid City. It is a brewery-restaurant in the familiar American mould: casual food, house beers, and a central location.
Go for the building and convenience as much as the menu. It works well after a downtown walk through Art Alley, Main Street Square, and the presidents statues.
