Francisco's occupies a restored historic building in the heart of downtown Kerrville and has been a local fixture for years. The menu is Tex-Mex — enchiladas, fajitas, tamales, chiles rellenos — executed with the kind of reliability that comes from cooking the same dishes for a long time. The salsa is made in house and has a proper bite to it.
