Restored 1908 depot documenting Dallas-area electric railways

Housed in the restored 1908 McKinney Avenue Traction Company depot, this small museum documents the electric interurban railways that connected Dallas-area towns before the car took over. The depot itself is the main attraction — the original ticket windows and waiting room furniture survive — supplemented by photographs, equipment, and rolling stock. Free admission. Open weekends.
