Signature Theatre is Arlington's main professional regional theatre, known for musicals, contemporary plays, and new work. It sits in Shirlington, which makes it easy to combine with dinner before or after a show.
The reason to go is the programme, not the building. Check what is running while you are in the Washington area; Signature is often a better evening out than another monument after dark.
