Blake Island State Park is a boat-only island park in Puget Sound, between Seattle and Kitsap County. The island is traditionally associated with Chief Seattle and has beaches, forest trails, campsites, and views back toward the Seattle skyline and the Olympic Mountains.
Because there is no road access, the trip takes planning: arrive by private boat, kayak, or seasonal excursion service. The reward is a quieter island day than you get at the more accessible waterfront parks.
