Ocean Shores may be compact, but the beach itself is the main event — wide, flat, and stretching for miles in both directions. Razor clamming draws seasonal crowds, kite flyers are a fixture on windy days, and the dunes and waterways around town offer wildlife watching and paddling. The Ocean Shores Interpretive Center near the northern tip of the peninsula is a good first stop.
