Prospect Overlook, also called Panorama Overlook, is a short drive west of Berkeley Springs on Route 9. The pull-off looks across the Potomac and Cacapon river valleys, with West Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania all in view on a clear day.
It is not a hike unless you build one around it, but it is an excellent orientation point. Go early or late if you want softer light on the folded ridges.
