A long-running parrilla near the plaza that does the classic Argentine grill the way it should be — bife de chorizo, bife de lomo, achuras (offal), and grilled chorizo, all over wood fire and brought out in waves. The salads are fresher than usual; the wine list leans heavily on San Rafael producers.
Service is friendly and the place fills up after 9pm. Prices are reasonable even by Argentine standards. Booking is sensible at weekends.
