Praia do Rio Verde is the beach to choose when you want Trancoso without the immediate bustle of the village beaches. The sand is wide, the palms are thick, and the mood is slower.
There are still places to eat and drink, especially in season, but the beach feels more spacious. It is a fine target for a long walk south from Coqueiros.
