Linhares is a base for water, forest, and coast. The sights are not clustered in the centre, so plan with a car or arranged transport: Lagoa Juparanã is a short trip from town, Reserva Natural Vale sits north on BR-101, and Regência and Comboios are a longer run east toward the sea.
