Agua Fresca is a bay 25 km south of Punta Arenas, and Cristián's operation there is the one that gets you onto the Strait of Magellan at water level rather than over a boat rail. Half a day of sea kayaking runs all year. So does the dolphin trip, which they recommend for children — Peale's dolphins come to the boat in the shallows and it does not require the sea legs the long navigations do.
The trip they are known for is kayaking with humpback whales in the Francisco Coloane marine park, and it has a narrow window: December to March. Beyond that they run horseback riding in the bay, the marine-wildlife day at Cabo San Isidro, and the two-day sail-and-walk to Cabo Froward, the southernmost point of the American mainland. Revista Oxígeno gave them best adventure trip of 2018 at FITUR, which they have not stopped mentioning since.
