Cali's most charming neighbourhood, climbing a small hill just south-west of the centre. Cobbled streets are lined with low colonial houses painted in faded pastels, now home to galleries, bookshops, vegetarian cafes and a steady stream of artists and travellers. At the top sits the small whitewashed Iglesia de San Antonio (1747), with the best free city view in town — locals come up at sunset with bottles of aguardiente to watch the lights come on across the valley.
