Most travellers reach Isabela by public speedboat from Puerto Ayora on Santa Cruz. The ride takes about two hours and is often rough, so take seasickness seriously. Small inter-island flights also connect Isabela with Baltra and San Cristobal, but schedules and luggage limits are tight.
