Manzana de la Rivera is a cultural and exhibition complex made up of linked colonial houses near the Palacio de los Lopez. The restored buildings fill a city block and host changing exhibits, events, and cultural programs.
The outdoor cafe has one of the better close views toward the palace, making this an easy stop while walking through Asuncion's historic center.
