Nazca's restaurant scene is modest but reliable. Most places cluster around the Plaza de Armas and the blocks immediately north of it. The local staple is ceviche, though at 450 km from the coast the fish is not as fresh as in Lima or Ica. Roast chicken, rice, and lentils are the safe fallback at any menu del día.
