Most bus companies operate from Avenida Sanchez Cerro, blocks 11 and 12. It is about 14 hours to Lima, 3 hours to Chiclayo, and 5 hours to Tumbes near the Ecuadorian border. Frequent buses run to Sullana (20 minutes), from where you can find onward transport to Ecuador.
