One of Maun's more reliable restaurants, set in a shaded garden near the river. The menu covers grilled meats, salads, and a few pasta dishes, with a noticeable lean toward game meat — kudu steak and warthog sausage both appear regularly as specials. The portions are generous and the setting, under large trees with fairy lights in the evening, is genuinely pleasant after a long day on dusty roads.
Service can be slow when the kitchen is busy with safari groups passing through, so allow time if you have an early evening flight. The bar is well stocked and the draught St Louis lager is usually cold.
